Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel

The Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel underwent a comprehensive 110,000 SF renovation that included updates to all 179 guest rooms, featuring new light fixtures, floor finishes, fresh paint, and modernized bathrooms. The project also transformed the hotel’s main lobby, indoor bar and lounges, conference and event spaces, and onsite restaurant. In addition, the exterior amenities including the pool area, cabanas, and beach bar were fully remodeled to enhance the guest experience.
